In terms of exterior design, the Exeed EX7 adopts a minimalist design language typical of new energy vehicles, featuring smooth and bold lines that balance a sense of technology and presence. The front end includes a full-width daytime running light strip, split-type headlights, and dual chrome grille accents on the front bumper to enhance refinement, with a lidar sensor mounted on the roof.

On the side profile, a sharp character line runs the length of the body, complemented by hidden door handles and large wheels, creating a simple yet sophisticated stance. Dimensions are 4988 mm in length, 1975 mm in width, and 1710 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3000 mm, providing ample interior space. The rear features a full-width taillight design that echoes the front lights, and a wide tailgate for easy luggage access. The Exeed EX7 is available in six exterior colors: Star Sea Blue, Star Cloud Green, Star Flame Red, Star Night Black, Star Han Gray, and Star White.

For the interior, extensive use of soft-touch materials and premium decorative panels maintains the minimalist theme, even with a simplified scroll wheel design on the steering wheel. The vehicle is equipped with the AI Lingxi Smart Cabin 2.0 system, highlighted by a 30-inch 6K floating central control screen with a 90% screen-to-body ratio for clear and smooth display. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P chip, significantly improving system responsiveness and interaction fluidity. Paired with a 2880-watt 23-speaker Boya Sound audio system, it delivers an immersive audiovisual experience. The liquid glass light-sensing interactive UI debuts the S2S real-time voice large model with emotional richness, featuring six personalized chat roles: Xiaoqi Classmate, Oral Teacher, Northeast Auntie, Argument Master, Story King, and Professional Debater. A head-up display projects key driving information onto the windshield.

In terms of comfort features, the vehicle comes standard with seat ventilation, heating, and 36-point massage functions. The rear offers an independent air conditioning control screen, along with a 9.2-liter dual-temperature zone car refrigerator capable of -18°C to 50°C, meeting both cooling and heating needs to enhance driving comfort and practicality. It also provides 668L of trunk storage (expandable to 1835L) and 60L of frunk space.

For assisted driving, the Exeed EX7 comes standard with the Falcon 700 assisted driving system, featuring 27 sensors including lidar, millimeter-wave radar, and high-definition cameras, combined with an NVIDIA Orin-Y chip for balanced computing power and perception. It easily handles core functions such as highway navigation assist, urban navigation assist, and multi-scenario parking assist, managing complex road conditions with ease. Reportedly, the system uses a WeRide end-to-end model architecture with a human-like driving style akin to an 'experienced driver,' excelling in scenarios like narrow road encounters and congested areas, and can navigate complex roads without markings or with many parked vehicles. It includes 130 km/h AEB/AES active safety (OTA), 120-meter trace reverse, and 3-kilometer cross-floor memory parking, with lifetime free urban NOA. Future OTA updates will unlock more personalized smart driving features like compass U-turns, intelligent drifting, and pendulum exit, continuously enhancing the smart driving experience to meet diverse user needs.

For powertrain, the Exeed EX7 offers both pure electric and range extender options, with 2WD and 4WD layouts available. The Snow Leopard 4WD 2.0 system includes seven driving modes: Eco, Comfort, Sport, Off-road, Snow, Sand, and Custom. The range extender 4WD version features a 1.5T range extender system with a maximum engine power of 115 kW, combined power of 377 kW (front motor 150 kW + rear motor 227 kW), peak torque of 642 Nm, 0-100 km/h acceleration in 4.9 seconds, pure electric range of 200 km, and a full tank and charge range exceeding 1500 km, with a fuel consumption of 5.8L per 100 km in charge-sustaining mode. The pure electric 4WD version is built on an 800V high-voltage platform, with combined power of 353 kW (front motor 123 kW + rear motor 230 kW), peak torque of 663 Nm, 0-100 km/h acceleration in 4.7 seconds, CLTC ranges of 682 km and 726 km, and fast charging from 5% to 80% in 11.5 minutes. The vehicle is also planned to upgrade to semi-solid-state batteries by the end of this year.

In terms of the chassis, the Exeed EX7 is equipped with the Feiyu Chassis 3.0, featuring an all-aluminum chassis, CDC dampers, and air suspension. It also incorporates hydraulic bushing technology and a front double-wishbone + rear five-link suspension setup, significantly enhancing ride comfort and handling. For braking, the two-wheel-drive model comes standard with front six-piston brake calipers, while the four-wheel-drive version is equipped with the world's first mass-produced pure electromechanical wire-controlled braking system (EMB). This technology eliminates traditional hydraulic brake lines, directly controlling independent braking motors at each wheel via electrical signals, with a response time of 90 milliseconds and a braking distance of around 33 meters. It also improves range by 2.5%, optimizes brake energy recovery efficiency, and provides solid support for advanced intelligent driving. Additionally, the new vehicle is fitted with FNC carbonitrided brake discs, further enhancing braking performance and durability to ensure comprehensive driving safety.
