We provide an escrow service: your payment is held securely by the platform and is only released to the supplier after the order has been fully delivered. The entire transaction is supervised by our team, and if any issue arises with the vehicle, we step in as a neutral mediator to resolve it and protect your interests.

We recommend finding a professional automotive customs clearance agent at your destination — compare several providers, as this service is widely available and well-established. Typical costs include: 1. Customs clearance service fee — the broker's handling charge 2. Import duties & government taxes — varies by country (many only require customs duty; Russia, for example, also charges a recycling/disposal fee — please check local regulations) 3. Container unloading fee — if shipped by container; additional transport and container return fees may apply if you need the container delivered to your location 4. Vehicle registration fee — the cost to register and plate the vehicle locally

Our platform offers both brand-new and pre-owned vehicles — the condition is clearly indicated on each vehicle's detail page. Please note that even brand-new vehicles may show a small number of kilometers on the odometer. This is completely normal and unavoidable: during the export process, each vehicle must be physically driven through customs inspection checkpoints, export compliance testing, and Ro-Ro vessel loading. Rest assured, these are not signs of prior use.

The Platform provides a vehicle-condition inspection covering only readily visible signs of major accident, fire, and flood or water damage. The report is for reference only and is not a vehicle warranty. Other vehicle conditions are AS IS, WHERE IS. Any claim or compensation is handled under the Trading Terms.

SellGoodCar.Com operates on a transparent, fixed-price model. This is by design — we believe it creates a better, faster buying experience for our international clients. Every customer worldwide receives the exact same price. There is no haggling, no hidden markups, and no advantage to being a better negotiator. Fair pricing for everyone. Our listed prices are quoted as EXW (Ex Works) from the vehicle's source location in China, and do not include inland freight to the port of export. We do this because shipping costs vary significantly depending on your destination: for example, transporting a vehicle to Horgos (for Central Asia/Russia) can cost up to 3× more than shipping to Guangzhou or Shanghai. By quoting EXW, we ensure maximum pricing accuracy and transparency.

The Platform arranges applicable transportation insurance for the buyer. If covered damage occurs during transit, our team will assist with the insurance claim and any repairs required by the insurer. Coverage and payment are subject to the insurance policy and the insurer's final decision; the Platform does not guarantee payment.

We believe in full transparency: vehicles purchased through our platform — whether new or pre-owned — are China-spec models. As such, they do not carry an official manufacturer's warranty outside of China. If a Chinese brand (e.g., BYD, Chery) has an authorized dealer in your country, vehicles sold through that official channel do carry a local warranty. However, vehicles exported directly from China through any independent channel — including ours — are not covered. That said, SellGoodCar.Com provides lifetime technical support, including professional repair guidance and direct access to genuine OEM spare parts sourced from Chinese manufacturers, shipped worldwide.

We offer professional international logistics solutions including ocean freight (Ro-Ro & container), road transport, and railway shipping, with expert vehicle loading and securing capabilities. Important: Customs clearance, container unloading, and all destination-side formalities at the port of arrival are the buyer's responsibility. We can recommend trusted local clearing agents in many countries upon request.

Our process is straightforward: 1. Select and confirm the vehicle 2. Pay the deposit — USD 500 and non-refundable 3. Vehicle reinspection — The Platform conducts the agreed vehicle-condition inspection 4. Confirm and decide — The Buyer confirms the reinspection results and decides whether to order; if proceeding, the remaining balance is paid, or, if not proceeding due to vehicle-condition concerns, the deposit may be transferred to another vehicle subject to Platform confirmation 5. Export and logistics arrangement 6. Arrival, customs clearance, and vehicle collection at the destination port

Yes! The vast majority of Chinese vehicle models can have their infotainment system flashed to English, Russian, Arabic, Spanish, and other languages. Availability varies by brand and model — please contact us for specific details about your desired vehicle.
