Recently, official sources have confirmed that the Li Auto L9 Livis will officially launch and begin deliveries on May 15. The vehicle, previously announced with a price of $82,324, will make its public debut at the Beijing Auto Show opening on April 24. As a new flagship model, it features comprehensive upgrades over the current Li Auto L9, including larger dimensions, four lidar units, a chip computing power of 2560 TOPS, and an 800V fully independent active suspension system. Notably, in the preview, the Li Auto L9 Livis is shown towing a uniquely styled camper, which is expected to be an Easter egg at the Beijing Auto Show.

Reviewing the new vehicle, it will feature a two-tone paint scheme and be equipped with a three-color light language star ring and a new matrix headlight assembly. In terms of dimensions, the new vehicle measures 5255 mm in length, 2000 mm in width, and 1810 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3125 mm. Additionally, it comes with four lidar units and two self-developed 5nm Mach 100 chips, achieving a total computing power of 2560 TOPS.

In terms of powertrain, the new vehicle is equipped with a fully self-developed third-generation 1.5T range extender and a battery pack with a capacity exceeding 70 kWh. The CLTC pure electric range is increased to 420 km, with a comprehensive CLTC range exceeding 1500 km, and it offers a 5C ultra-fast charging battery option. The chassis features an 800V fully independent active suspension system, allowing each wheel to be independently raised or lowered, enabling braking without nose-dive and cornering without body roll, significantly enhancing stability and comfort. Simultaneously, the vehicle is equipped with a full steer-by-wire chassis, including steer-by-wire, four-wheel steering, and full electro-mechanical braking (EMB). In extreme situations, even if three wheels lose braking simultaneously, single-wheel braking can achieve effective stopping, while the four-wheel steering system reduces the turning radius of this 5.2-meter-long vehicle to 5.4 meters.
